Congressional Internships
I enjoy providing students with work experience by providing them the opportunity to learn about our government by participating in it.   Internships are unpaid and available throughout the year and are offered in my Washington, D.C. and Phoenix offices.   The internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the federal government and public policy issues while spending a summer or semester dedicated to public service.  

In the Phoenix District office, interns will have the opportunity to conduct research for constituent casework requests, assist with Congressional events, staff Congressman Pastor at community functions and perform general office duties.

In the Washington, D.C. office, interns will work with staff on a variety of legislative projects.  Responsibilities will include conducting legislative research, responding to constituent requests, conducting tours of the U.S. Capitol and performing general office duties.
