Flag Requests

My constituents can request to purchase a flag through my office and have it flown over the U.S. Capitol Building. All flags flown over the Capitol will include a certificate through which you can recognize specific individuals or organizations. You can stipulate if you prefer the flag to be flown over the Capitol and may choose from one of the following flag sizes:

Shipping Charges for Multiple Flag Order:

Are you ordering multiple flags? Please call the office to inquire about shipping charges applicable to your order as it may be different when ordering multiple flags.

To complete your purchase, submit a written request to my Phoenix office which includes the following information:·

Your name, address and telephone number·
Date that you request the flag to be flown over the Capitol (only if you have stipulated this as part of your request)·
Name of individual(s) or organization(s) to be recognized and the reason for recognition, if applicable-(for example, “In honor of Betty Smith’s 50^th Birthday”)

Please include a check to cover the total cost of the flag and shipping cost as specified in the applicable column above. Check must be made payable to: “Office Supply Account of Congressman Ed Pastor.”
